✨ Unfortunately due to covid we have now closed early for Christmas, orders will resume as usual in mid-January ✨

All items are Made-to-Order and, due to the nature of handmade jewellery and slow fashion, are shipped within 1-3 weeks of purchase. Please allow for up to three weeks to receive your Loupa jewellery before enquiring if item is not received. I'm only one independent lady making it all so a little patience is required, thanks for understanding!

Returns 

Returns are not accepted unless item is damaged/faulty on arrival, or if you receive the incorrect item (mistakes happen!). This is due to hygiene reasons. To start the return process please email me at loupajewellery@gmail.com with your name and item(s) you are looking to return within one week of receiving them. Items can only be refunded once they have been returned. We will notify you once we’ve received your item and if the return is approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. This may take a few days for your bank/card company to process.

Packaging

All packaging is 100% recyclable and of recycled materials. Each order comes with a recycled cotton jewellery bags that are also recyclable. These are to store the jewellery in, which helps reduce wear and prolongs the life of your Loupa jewels. 

How to Care For Your Jewellery

Our pieces are all delicate due to the handmade nature of each piece. To best care for your jewellery, here’s what we recommend:

• Avoid contact with moisture, humidity and heat and remove jewellery in the shower, ocean or pool.
• Limit contact with chemicals such as hand sanitiser, perfumes, lotions, makeup, oils, suncreams, deodorant and nail polish remover.
• Take off when sleeping
• Avoid banging your jewellery on table tops or against any other hard surfaces.
• Pack your jewellery with care (avoid throwing it in the bottom of your bag).
• Use the recycled cotton pouch you receive your pieces in to store it.

I'm happy to customise designs for different colours, lengths and charms, just drop me a message! If you want something to be shorter just let me know the length you want in the notes at checkout.

Stock

If you want an item that is out of stock, please feel free to send me a message as it’s likely I have more available. This will also speed up the process of restocking and you might be able get it sooner!
