Shipping policy
All items are made-to-order and due to the nature of hand-made jewellery are shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Please allow for up to three weeks to receive your Loupa jewellery before enquiring if item is not received. I'm only one independent lady making it all so a little patience is required, thanks for understanding <3
